Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

• We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.
• We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from us when your order has been despatched.  
• Items are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. Deliveries to Scotland and Highland, Islands may take slightly longer.
• We use a range of different couriers for different products depending on the size and weight of each product. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to any address outside the UK.
• On occasion we may send orders with multiple items separately, depending on the most efficient delivery option available for each product.

Returns Policy

All Quest products and orders are covered by a 30-day guarantee.  If you are not totally happy with your product, we will refund the full value of items which are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are unused and in the original packaging.  Please note that you will be responsible for paying for return postage on your item unless the goods are faulty.  This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will aim to process your refund/replacement item within 7 business days of receiving it back at the address above.  Your refund will be automatically paid back to the same payment method/credit card with which the original purchase was made.
